We have a very simple model, in the most basic form - the more property that sells, the more we give back to you & our community. We operate a profit share programme for all of our sellers so everyone benefits. 
We Give Back...

Once we hit our baseline figure for the year, everything that comes in after that is shared across 3 pools:

1/ 60% of profit will be shared between all sellers and distributed as a percentage of your initial commission

2/ 20% of profit will be donated to a local community project

3/ 20% of profit will go to our team - to thank them for their hard work and to encourage them to continue

We will aim to complete our accounts by 1st December and we will aim to pay your profit share just in time for Christmas!

Commission Isn't a Dirty Word...

Commission is payment for the service of a job well done.


We have 2 simple payment options:

Option 1 

£1000 +VAT - That's it.

You pay this at the point of instruction and it covers;

  • Your EPC* should you need one

  • Photography/floor-plan 

  • Getting the property onto the market (Online presence will include Rightmove)

  • All related administration

We will then forward all viewing enquiries directly to you - but we won't be on hand to assist with accompanied viewings, ongoing sales negotiation or sale progression. That said, we will always try to answer any questions and give advice where possible.

Option 2

1% +VAT - Sole Agency, Joint Sole, Multi - It doesn't matter to us. 

All of Option 1, plus:

  • The active work needed to get your property sold

  • Where possible all viewings will be accompanied by us 

  • Negotiation with buyer for the best possible price 

  • Managing the sales progression with weekly updates

*EPC = Energy Performance Certificate

Overheads: No office, no rent, reduced business rates. No halogen lightbulbs burning 24 hours per day!


Digital Only: No waste paper, no non-recyclable property details, no wasted toner. No big filing cabinets, only our secure server! 


Staffing: Using a core team of local ambassadors we can offer flexibility to you and your prospective buyers. With no 9 til 6 mentality, there are no ‘out of hours’ appointments; evenings, weekends; early mornings are all in a days work.


Environment: As a new business we can start as we mean to go on… we pledge to be carbon negative, from DAY 1 using a UK and international carbon offsetting programme.
